I am doing B.Tech in IT branch .Which language should I learn , I am in third year . I dont want to learn about web

Yes, it can.
U can make Android-Apps, Desktop Applications, Web- Applications, etc.

But don't focus only on one language.
Try to learn many Programming languages e. g. C++, C#, Python
because this is what it makes u a good Developer.
So u can choose the best language for your problem.
