none. you can practice and view html in your computer even without downloading anything by using the preinstalled text editor and your internet browser.

but if you want to make your life easier, you can download notepad++, sublime text or any other text editor. then you can also download wamp, lampp, xampp in your computer if you want to continue learning other web programming language.
