Is C sharp a good language to learn?

I asked a friend one day what would be good to learn because id like to know more about coding and he said C sharp, please note ive only done the html course about 50%

Imho you cannot really say whether a language is good to learn or not. It depends on the purpose you want to learn it for. So please be more precise about 'good to learn'.

Do you think of 'Is it a programming language with future?', 'Is it easy to learn from the view of a beginner? ', 'It is spreaded in it's use?', 'Can I achieve my goals using C#?'... You see there is a variety of possible definitions of 'good to learn'.

Ah yes i see what you mean. Is C# a easy language to learn and where is it used mostly? Since im completely new to the world of programming i dont really know where what is used...but id like to learn has much of every language i can.

C# is mostly used in software development itself. So it's normally not used for hardware close programming. It's used un Windows environments and some game engines like Unity.

C# is easy to learn. I think because it's that similar to Java they are similar in learning.
The more easy steps may be learning HTML, a markup language, CSS, a style script, and Javascript, a script language.

In the other side if you want to learn C#, I would do it first, because there are some features that cannot be found that way in Javascript. E.g. manual typing of variable types. So because C# is more complex, it should be easier to learn other languages after C# than C# after Javascript.
