Which elements of the proffesional web are 'must-have'?

Im pretty new in this and Im wondering which element should be included as a part of web code to make it more proffesional :)

Oh okay. You need a good and sleek design. If you can, use parallax. It will make it look like a pro. Your webpage also has to be responsive. The markup should follow the HTML5 semantics.
