I would suggest css, js, jQuery and for backend pick one python, java or c#. I would not recommend php not because it's bad but because the other languages brings various advantages than php. Also the trend is moving away from php

@abdurrahman I agree that php is good for beginners. But I think programming on its own is hard to understand the very first time and if you are going through that phase why not go with the language which has a present and a future. Like python, it has so many applications, web apps, desktop apps, data science, etc.

haha. there is no right or wrong opinion. all languages the good and a programmer should know which language to use when and where.

Definitely CSS. You’ll be AMAZED at how powerful CSS3 is. You can build some incredible things with just the basics. It will open up a whole new dimension to html. Trust me. Enjoy!

Most important: css to make it nice lookin'. Than go over to Javascript to make it livin'. And now you have to go to mongo for a non sql database software. And now you are able to make complete web apps. Now you can go and learn node.js to care abour the backend (some line codes and you have a own webserver, written in Javascript. By the way you can take things making a lot stuff faster in developing: w3.css or the bigger boy bootstrap to make css dev and handling more comfortable. So jquerry to make Javascript Handling spec. for the web elements also faster. Express.js for backend.... Now you can think abour Javaacript frameworks (vue.js, react.js, meteor.js, angular.js, electron.js). But don't try to take them all the same time. Nice day, learning, developing, an everytime the right bit left.
