Markdown -- Widely used in code documentation/readme files throughout GitHub & some other sites, it's a very good thing to know.
Node.JS -- The latest and greatest JS Framework gives some significant support all the way from real file system access and database management to being able to use JS for a server well enough that it can replace PHP and become a full-stack language by itself.
Bash, shell scripting -- Linux-based bash (Bourne Again SHell), which is also available on Mac and just recently got W10 support too. A very powerful scripting language, but does not support OOP style.
ASM -- There are some emulators for Intel 8086/8088 assembly which were the big ones for years and may even still be in use (IDK, I don't follow assembly). Emulation would help protect the servers from bad code and allow easy destruction/creation of a new instance.
Git/GitHub -- One of, if not the, most popular version control tools for developers is Git, and GitHub is probably the top online service that provides support for Git.
