Well, I would suggest that you move on to JavaScript, just so that you can complete the front-end part of web development and you can create a pretty good website. You could also go to PHP, JQuery, and SQL after that to really understand the ins and outs of a website.

go with JavaScript and Frameworks like React also learn python and Php for full stack development

If you want to choose one of what you listed, I’d definitely recommend Python. It’s easy to use, can be used both in front-end and back-end development, and is also seriously comparable to Java. However, if you are taking the web development route, I recommend the following in this order: JavaScript, PHP, SQL. However, best of luck and happy coding!
