To become a programmer need all day to sit behind the computer?I just love to have sports and think of that I will not be able to become a programmer.

The best programmers are fit and do sports!
They know, that their mind needs fresh air and they are aware about the importance of having a rest.
Never trust an idea that comes up to you when you are sitting or lying.
But always have a pencil and a sheet of paper with you.
This funny idea I got in the forrest:

You don't necessary need to sit in front of computer but you should practice to plan the code structure ahead (like rough sketch) before you type it out or figure about the algorithm in your head.
This ensure you really understand the problem first and have a "smoother" flow when you begin to code.
"Resist the temptation to code."

Not really. Programmer codes during his leisure time

It's all about balance. That said, if programming feels more like a chore than an addiction, you may be disappointed with your outcome regardless.

@wasp I confirm that to solve some challenging problems you have to switch to another activity or walk in the open space, our brains where developed to solve the problems of orientIng in space during evolution somewhere in the Stone age. I think you heard about a mind palace used in the Loci memorisation method ? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Method_of_loci
There is also sports programming : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Competitive_programming that resembles a real sport: it might be interesting for ambitious and competitive people. Have fun!

Just program when you are bored or dont have anything better to do.

That's right. Unless you are a professional athlet you can't do sport in your working hours...

No, you just have to sit (or stand, since standing desks are becoming more popular) behind a computer for 8 hours. With the other 8 you get to do whatever you want.

You can learn at your own speed.
Having a break from time to time isn't bad at all.

I get my best insights driving the bus, but I am not a good enough at coding to know when's the best time for me.
I just really love to learn basics of these skills
