Question

can we make android .. apps in xamarin without xml designing ? xamarin have designer like visual studio default toolbox and designer ? and the C# is same like winforms app in Xamarin ? i need these answers.

It does, but I suggest against using it. The previews can lie, because there are so many different devices with different screen resolutions and densities and aspect ratios and such. Also, you don't have to use XML. With Xamarin.Forms, you can use C# code to define a layout, which is pretty easy to understand and use effectively.

hnm. but visual studio 2017 :( offline size is 30 gb maybe how can i download it is there any compressed visual studio file? maximum 8/10 gb.
