which text editor is best to write codes like JS python html css etc ois it either brackets or vs code....

For web stuff, I normally use either Brackets or WebMatrix 3, depending upon what I'm working on. Can't really go wrong with either. WM 3 has more features and will allow you to run a server on your localhost so you can more easily test things while in development. Brackets is more light-weight if you don't want all those extra features. Both are free.

IDLE can do python and html or JavaScript as long as you save it as EXAMPLE.html instead of EXAMPLE.py
