Python because it can make a whole program with a one line(one liner) for example "hello world" Java system.out.printin('hello world') Python print('hello world') now who's easier to you ? by the way if you choose python try to use this PyDroid 3 Educational Python IDE but if you choose Java there is Java INDE for Android I don't remember that exact name :p

Python is easier, but it is easier in the long run to start with a hardER language then go easier because it is easier to fo from hard to easy than from easy to hard. This is why C++ programmers have such an easy time learning easier languages. I would start with Java.

In my opinion, Python. It’s a very simple language you can do a lot with. So simple it is even taught to young kids, believe it or not. Java is a bit more advanced as to learning it. And of course, it has its disadvantages, as does Python. But overall, Python is your way to go if you’re looking for easy learning.

Start with Python to Familiarize yourself with the syntax. Doing python first will not only help you with java but also with many other programming languages
