There are two methods that I know.
First one is to be actively answering questions here in the q&a and posting nice codes. If they like your answers or codes, they could follow you.
The second one is to just upvote and follow everything and everyone and hope that they follow you back.

if your point is to have a lot of followers you have to be influencer contributed that will attract many of solo learners to follow you on by my side I start following you !
