Well, if you don't want to learn Java, then maybe Swift would be good if you want to get into IOS development using XCode. If you still want to code for Android apps though, then you could also learn Kotlin as Android Studio has recently allowed for development via Kotlin and it seems to be a better option over Java. Also, you should try to type with a little more vowels and such, as the overall message is a little hard to understand. I completely understand if English isn't your first language, and if that's the case, then feel free to ask a question in your own language! There is a large community on Sololearn and there are many people who would probably be able to understand what your saying and would be able to help out.

When it comes to jobs, it may be best to go through several different courses or read some books and try to master the framework as this gives you a better chance of getting hired. With only one course, the information you learn may be a little limiting and may leave gaps in your learning, so it would be best to try to learn absolutely everything you can about that framework before trying to get a job with it.
