How does programming actually workd?

I have been trying to learn programming for a while now, sometimes leaving big gaps between the days o learn, i understand easily HTML an CSS but when i got into the real thing like JavaScript and i tried Python i got frustrated because i could not get how to apply them (JavaScript jist a little) but for example Python idk how to like connect it with HTML or use it or use it for the web, i dont know how to link it to Django and all that basic stuff, also where i can write different languages and run them.

Start by learning the basics of python before u even think of using django, the more you use python the more it will become clearer to you
