Is it better to learn one programming language or multiple languages at a time?

Hi, I was wondering if it's better to master a language before learning another one or learn a few things about multiple languages.

Once you get command on any of the coding languages then you can learn more than one at the same time.

🔼one by one is better but if you can,go as you like. ⏺️Basic principle of learning : ⏩learn & practice repeatedly ⏩the more you practice the more you learn ⏩participate in related discussions ⏩watch others code & problem solving techniques ⏩try to code yourself on the basis of same problems solved by others

depends how your brain works I guess! I can look at several languages at a time when they are used for different aspects of the same project (e.g. html and javascript, or c++ with python) but find it hard to "master" more than one language at a time.

Thank you everyone for the answers! I think that I'll try to learn as much as possible about C++ because we are studying it at school and then I am going to work on something else! ^-^

@BonBon047,as you have previously learned C++, it's better for you to go in your desired plan. C++ gives you more benefits to understand logic of Programming, because C++ is written with elaborate logic sequences which helps to understand logics behind coding. Thus you can understand any other programs easily. Happy Learning.

@Anna actually where I live school is kind of different, I am 15 yo and go to Liceo Scientifico Applicate, second year. We learn C++ from first year to 5th one but since I'd love to become a programmer I want to learn as much as possible about coding. Liceo is an option as school to do after middle school.

@BonBon047 Programming in C++ gives you some insight on how computer's work, eg because you need to understand how memory is managed, After learning C++ you should be able to pickup any other language easily.
