How to go from beginner to intermediate c++

Question

I can do selection statements, loops, methods, i/o file, and beginner objects and classes just fine. in fact, I know how to do that in about 4 languages. how do I go from that to using multiple .cpp and header files and learn to incorporate external libraries. I can't seem to find any resources that cross this gap.
