Yes , Japanese and Chinese have their primitive languages in computers(not all).
But , like all of us they code in English.
They often comment in Chinese.
But, there is also a chinese programming language.

No.Actually,I'm a Chinese.We also use C C++ Java Python and any other programming language we need.But yeah,we also have our own programming language called"易语言"It means that this language is easy to leanr and use...But the truth is that 易语言 is the worst programming language(in my opnion).
