Too many repeated questions

Why too many repeated questions in this forum? Why can't people check before posting their questions. Eg. Print without using cout in c++, what is constructor or copy constructor, many

...or very new to forums. Forum structure also doesn't support (at least on mobile) the kinds of things that enable even self-enforcement like: moderators, copy web link (of post, code, user - which really hampers cross-linking / already answered, etc). There are also SoloLearn app differences (I used Python-only app at first, and was surprised to see what the main app can do; though I still don't know how to see a list of questions I'm following). It's tricky to search for some things when you can't type the language - like an Arabic name - and the app loses your place sometimes when you jump between code playground, questions and profiles. I've lost so many question's answers while just trying to get all the bits together into one window (you can't save a draft) that I started using 2 devices, or a draft email as a scratchpad. These (and other things) make it far easier to just ask again, and answer again. Organized community feedback to SoloLearn is one route to change.

@Krik Schafer said forum structure is very bad, search, tags are not proper. Actually in stack overflow, administration people will monitor all threads. If it's repeated, vague or unrelated to this forum immediately they closing the question with appropriate message. If sololearn can't afford at least they improvise this app. Just simple eg, when they start typing the question it can display releated questions in the drop down. So user aware that this question is already asked or not. Definitely it's easy and affordable too. @Sandeep Chatterjee before posting this question, I have verified and I didn't find any relevant question or maybe in different languages?. Sorry if this is asked earlier.

@Venkatesh(Venki) Hopefully I didn't rake SoloLearn over the coals here; the work required to get this all together must have been pretty significant and I'm looking at these things as growing areas. I don't have my finger on SoloLearn's plans but so far they've taken their own paths and I remain interested in how they'll solve their challenges. You've actually reminded me I was going to look at this more, so thank you.
