Why I am getting same quiz every time from the same user when I accept their challenges

Sololearn has huge quiz in php but I noticed that they are selected based on time period or day wise and not randomly. Why? Same frustrating quiz in every new challenge.

i noticed that if you challenges many people in very short time period you usually get all the same questions in every challenge

yeah as i notice when challenge one in the 5 min the question will be same..
i notice that in java and php and ruby..
i want to know the reason also..

Maybe it's not completely random.
Sololearn might be giving some sets of quizzes for a particular time and choose a random quiz from that set .
