1. Computer Engineering deals more with the hardware of the computer system. While on the other hand, Computer Science, deals more with the software of said system. Also, it should be noted that 'Computer Science' is a metaphorical tree with many branches (i.e. Web Development, Software Development, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) 2. Almost all Computer Engineering graduates, that I have knowledge of, become Software Engineers regardless (due to ol' supply & demand). 3. Computer Science is the best... but this is also a biased opinion. Let us train out minds to desire what the situation demands. -bErN

Yes, you learn hardware, but due to the fact it's not in demand, you may never use it. If you want to learn it for the sake of learning, that's fine, but why learn about so much hardware when you could focus solely on what you most likely will find work doing, meaning software. I was part of a microcomputer internship @ NASA Armstrong working with Arduino technology (You can find pics on my Instagram Wall, the link is in one of my programs on here), and I can tell you that working with hardware is great but only a handful of companies produce hardware (i.e. Apple, Samsung, Qualcomm, HP, HTC, etc.), and they only design a few models in house and then outsource the actual production. I found that nothing is better ..I think CE is better cuz it makes you learn hardware and software as it is a part of Electrical Engineering.
