How to correct/improve challenges?

Is there any possibility to report mistakes or misleading wording in quizes? Some really need improvements.

Well, you can report questions that you have done during challlenges... After the challenge is completed on both sides, you can view the correct answers, right?! So, while doing this, in the upper right corner of the screen there is an icon. If you click on it you can report mistakes and anything else about the question...

I would advice, however, to check and double check and triple check with multiple sources or by writing the code in Code Playground and running it to make sure that there really is something to report.

In the Quiz Factory, you can review quizzes that are in the pool of submissions, but for quizzes and things that are already approved... I am pretty sure you can't report them...
