Actually.. Yes learn the languages and try it. Then you'll realize, that there is a lot more to hacking than just programming languages.

It all depends on what you're trying to hack. A whole company's server network will require a virus/rootkit to be manually connected to the network examples of this being=via a flash drive inserted in a harddrive or computer connected to the network.

If it is, however, that you are seeking to pilfer personal intel var (credit card info) then that will.require click bait, as in offers in emails or websites, things like funny videos, picture of seductive body parts etc.

However all this is illegal and should not be done. However there are those who work as white hat hackers who's job it is to test network security by attempting to gain access via hacking and then creating methods to execute in order to prevent it.
