i want to know about how the system work,and what should i do with html,im newbie and start learning html

html, css, java script, and php. thats what you need to start with Webpage is like an animal:
HTML is like its skeleton - everything else is based on it.
CSS is like its skin - it makes it pretty looking.
JavaScript is like its muscles - it makes it able to change, move and see.
