Can I add some custom variables with a new file in Visual Studio? Like this : type customvar = 5a;? (letter and number)

It depends what you want to do with the variabele.
If it is for display only "5a" is a string. If you want to use it in calculations with it you need to define what "a" is. You can make a custom type but then you have to make a type definition first.
