Should I study ruby?

I don't know about it.. But I'm focusing on web designing..

Ruby can be used as a server-side language. If you would like to learn fullstack web development, I would recommend trying it. But if you want to stick to visual/frontend design, it won't be of much use to you.
Ruby's a little similar to Python, which you've gotten far on, according to your profile.
