C, it took under a hour to learn because it's syntax and libraries are so simple and it can be used to write everything.

Python was designed for that, but you can neither say objectively what's simple nor what's powerful. Python has an easy syntax by design because it was written for educational purposes and it has a lot of powerful libraries.

The word powerful is too ambiguous. An experienced programmer is the power behind the programming language. The other power is the speed of the device the code runs on. As for easy to learn, what might be easy for one person, might not be easy for another.

i suggest Python,if you are a starting your program learning now.. It is easy to understand and quite an user-friendly syntax. It's even dynamic programming language as well.. If you have right learning materials with some coding tool, you will definitely like it better.

Every coding language has its own significance... but I think HTML & Java provide us more as compared to their simplicity.

I’am not in the point of my career where I can opine between languages and “power” but I’ve heard that Go(C) of google is the language used to make multiple tasks with the highest performance in the backend.
