Why is not the answer "header and footer" than "head and body"?

Te explico. Header y Footer son etiquetas semánticas html, mientras que Head y Body son partes principales de la estructura.

Header and footer are parts of page layout that come from terms used in printing/publishing. The head tag in HTML contains any metadata about an HTML file such as links to extra files that the browser will need to get to render the body tag correctly, the title of the page (often displayed on the tab and also the default name a page is saved when favourited) and info for the use of search engines. The body tag in HTML contains the actual content that needs to be displayed. I think (but couldn't confirm through Googling) that the names "head" and "body" come from network lingo for a similar concept
