English is not my primary language nor the Latin script because I am from Serbia. I can use Russian, but I think that would be even more of a problem to you.

HTML is very modular. It's power appears once you add CSS styles and JavaScript programming.

Since a lot of people do not use English normally, it is a good idea to expand on your questions so they become obvious. It is better to write a book everyone can understand than leave people confused as to what you are asking.

As a side note, if SoloLearn wanted to prevent a country from learning, a simple IP filter would do so. They truly want to make this world a better place by letting the nations become one on their site and deserve our thanks. I will do my part by trying to make sense out of poor use of English and translating all posts written in other languages so everyone can learn.
