Which language to learn first?

Yes, that would be the way to go, as per suggestion, you learn HTML first because it's the basic of web, on to CSS to put some "make up" on the page and then JavaScript to add interactivity, dynamism etc. Later on you can optionally learn back-end stuffs too, at your convenience, of course : )
