Is sololearning is enough to become expert in any languages?

Sololearn is not enough to become an expert, but when you know the stuff this app teaches you you know enough to understand other resources which then eventually (if you put enough effort into it) will make you an expert.

Nope, the courses are too small. To master a language, read books.

No, once you finish a course in SoloLearn you may consider yourself a beginner in that language.

It is a good starting point, specially if you not only "read the courses" but also practice and try to solve problems. Only (lots of) practice will really help you become an expert.

Not to become an expert, but it sure does give you a boost in coding!

Look at popular Open Source projects written in your programming language. Read their code. Take note of the good features you like.

You should read books after completing the sololearn course. The website will make you familiar with the language so you can understand the text easier.
