Is there some measure assigned number to dyadic array from table?

Question

I have a table in html , I want to use the number in a dyadic array in js .
Do I have to use getElementById() so many times?
How can I make a function to accomplish the assignment.

postscript:I’m not sure that you can understand what I mean for my mother language is not English. I already tried to make sense .

is this code helpful , btw you can traverse over table elements in many other ways as well
