What activity would increase my javascript skills?

I started javascript in canvas for my computer science class but after going through the lesson in solitary I only truely understood half. I realized that I need to make something to use this knowledge.

When I did the SL course I didn’t understand it at all.... it wasn’t until I read a couple books about js that I really started understanding it

I created a dynamic periodic system, look here if want. https://birdy2014.github.io/InteractivePeriodicSystem/index.html (It works way better on desktop) Someting dynamic is pretty helpful for learning.
