Subnetting help

Hotel Infrastructure The hotel has 6 floors with 70 rooms The hotel has a lobby area. The whole ground floor is used for administration The hotel has a swimming pool area. ADSL Internet is available for the hotel. Assume that you have been assigned an IP address of 172.168.0.0 /19 and an IP address of 192.168.1.0/30 for the inter-router communications Okay i have the following IP 172.168.0.0/19 From this i got the subnet mask: 255.255.224.0 Then i calcuated host/subnets= 2^h-h=8190 hosts/subnet. Number of subnets= 2^3=8 , therefore there are 8 new subnets and valid subnets=256-224=32 hence there are 32 valid subnets subnet masks : 172.168.32.0 , 172.168.64.0 , 172.168.96.0... 172.168.224.0 Broadcast addresses: 172.168.31.0 , 72.168.63.0 ,72.168.95.0 ... 72.168.255.0 Are these correct?

Mogammad Shameer Losper this would be better to post on your personal feed instead of here in the Q&A, as these topics are not covered in SL courses. You might get lucky posting it on your timeline, especially if one of your followers happens to have experience with subnetting. Thanks, and please do have a quick look at the forum guidelines. Cheers 👍 https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1316935/?ref=app
