1. binary is language which computer understands
as it can understand only 2 signal on and off in circuits.
and in binary lamguage we have 0 or 1 hence its computers understandable language.
2.u dont have to use it , we have computer languages whose codes eventually get converted to binary😃.

well, pogramming with binary is almost impossible. when you really want to program like the first programmers did. You should learn Assembly
