In a TedX talk Josh Kaufman said YOU CAN ACQUIRE ANY SKILL IN 20 HOURS but to be an expert as ifl said its 10000 hours
so dedicate 20 hours(45 min daily)and in a month you'll learn basic programming.

it is said you need 10000 hours to be an expert in any field. Learning a language is only part of being a developer, i would say you can get comfortable within a few months if you apply yourself. :-)
