there is NO basic language
you can't hack or crack anything by just knowing 1 language

for eg. if you are trying to hack a website, by 'hack' i mean getting some information that you are not permitted to access, you should know about network manipulation(for DDOS,etc), http protocol, javascript (script injection and stuff), css(xss attacks), sever manipulation, and many other stuffs that may be implemented in that website. As you go further, you will have to learn more and more stuffs

so, start somewhere instead of searching for 1 perfect language. Anything you learn now, will not be wasted.
