How do people get so many points in courses?

Question

Title says it but I want to know how some people get so many points from courses? Like some people have a lot more xp from doing the Java course then me when I only got a few hundred from it they got a lot more from just it

So how do I get more courses?

Reading actual courses provide you with an average of about 400 xp.Playing challenges is what gets people to thousands of xp.
E.g
I have 32000 xp in html,from challenges,only about 300xp was from the course
