is notepad enough for you to program spectacular websites or do i need another pc app

When it comes to creating websites, as long as your editor is able to run your code, then it is enough. The only problem that comes with using notepad is that it is very tedious to test out your webpage, while some other editor applications may make it much easier to do so.
