Which language is the best ?

I am a new learner And want to know the easiest language to learn first ??!

Best and easiest are too different things. C++ is "better" than Java at manh things but Java is "easier". As for the easiest language to learn first I would just recommend Python.

the easiest by far is the HTML,css and javascript but c++ is more important because with it c#,java, python wont be hard learning

There is no "Best" language each have their own pros and cons with current technologies.
