JSON API with Python via URL

Question

Hey, everyone.

I'm trying to get a series of data (json file with holidays from all cities of Brazil) from an url into a list of strings using urllib.request.

Since I've tried to pull data for 2 or more cities, I've been receiving the Error: "Expecting value".

What y'all know about pulling data from these kind of sources? Tks.
