You can start with the sololearn lessons.And practice them in code playground.There is no better way than practicing when it comes to programming.

Depends on what you want to learn/make.
For web applications learn html then css and finally JavaScript.
For making powerful applications C++, C# or Java.
Also for powerful applications but with easier learning curve:
Python
The catch with python is your program will be slow compared to the same program in C++.
