C++ or C# which one is best to learn first, what do you recommend ?

Either are perfectly fine choices. However, I'd ask yourself, what are my short/long term goals? What type of job/task do I see myself doing later? Depending upon what you're wanting to do later, I'd make my choice based upon that so you're not wasting time on something that you may not even use when you could spend it focused on your goals instead.

For example, are you planning to go into web development? Game development? App development? Desktop development? etc...

Throw some information my way and I'll let you know what I recommend for your chosen path. If you've no idea what you want to do, then start with C# and then learn C++ afterwards.

Both are good. I like c++.
But c++ is said to be difficult.

People say that English is difficult to learn also, but here we are... :)

Don't base what you do on if it's difficult or not. If you do, you'll train yourself to evade anything that's difficult and always seek the easiest path. The problem is that most often the easiest path isn't the best path, and much of the stuff you want to acquire in this life exists at the end of the difficult paths in front of you. You're not some incapable animal roaming the Earth; you're an amazing creature that's capable of anything he dreams of and applies action toward.

So the real question is, how bad do you want the things that you say you want? If you want them badly, then there is no such thing as difficult, simply challenges that you're willing to take on head first and conquer. Success waits for the conquerors. Those who shy away from difficulty are the people who end up spending their life helping someone else accomplish their dreams instead of their own dreams.
