What is the difference between Html and Html5 ?

HTML is a markup language for creating the structure of the webpages. HTML 5 is the current version of HTML language. They're the same thing.
no programming or markup language is perfect, so the developers release version of them with better features.
The css has also developed during time and it's currently in it's 3rd version.
