No. Its buggy as hell, and for a begginer it will probably make you less effective in learning if you are begginer. Even I don't like eclipse, its still better than Codeblocks. My favorite is Clion, and I really recommend this one, its fast, bugs-free and it got a very great syntax autocompletion and error correcting.

Personally, I like it for C++. The interface is nice and help is easy to find online if you have questions.

yes. it's a good option to start with.It has good UI. You won't feel dull and hopefully enjoy
