How to use c++ compile program that does not need to compile every time we need to run it??

You can not do this using the Sololearn app. You are going to need to have a compiler installed on your computer/phone.

In Linux (or in Android, using Termux), simply write "c++ input_file1 input_file2 ... input_filen -o output_file", replacing the input_files with the names of the input files and output_file with the name of the executable you want. Then write "./output_file" to execute it.

On Windows, your best bet would be to download an IDE like Visual Studio.
