If i learn all what in solo course(python) can I make a program like photoshop or I need to learn another things to make this?

You definitely would need more expierence and follow some tutorials that are in the scope of your program. Sololearn is just for basicstuff, an enterprise application like photoshop is another level.

You can do simple (or not so simple) coding, and as you progress and get inspired to solve most complex problems , you will start reading more from other sources.
Because of the initial work on sololearn you then will be able to understand more advanced articles elsewhere.

no because on sololearn you will not go through every package of python just the basics for program like photoshop you have to get well versed with other libraries too
