Depends on the platform: PC C++(For all games with high end 3D graphics) , C# and Java for games with low level graphics or Game UI. Mobile: Java for Android and ObjectiveC/Swift for IOS. For Web JavaScript.
C++ is the hardest to master and to find developers for so I'd say C++
