If you are learning Python, you may want to download QPython. It is a Python 3 interpreter that runs on Android. You can find it in the Google Play store. Oftentimes, I write code in the Sololearn app and run it on QPython and viceversa.

i think its impossible, because everytime you press run it connects to the sololearn server.
