the html, css and js courses here on sololearn are very good and easy
if you complete these courses you can build your blog from scratch
you can also use wordpress so you can build your website without code
just search wordpress in youtube
but it is still good to learn html, css and js because wordpress has a lot templates but not for everything and if you want to change these you need these language's
and if you something from the courses not understand take a look to the comments

start with Html and css then try to learn javascript. use books for better knowledge but if you want speed I suggest videos

first start with html for structure and then try to learn how to link your html page with css for style and javascript for validation

plus learn php. if you're brave enough, after getting acquainted with it, download a basic version of wordpress and try to look into it... but for a basic web, html, css and js is enough... plus a bit about apache...
