Will someone buy html5 games

is there any other organisation or company other than gamepix who buy and help in publishing html5 games. simple 2d games like new versions of 2048.

2048 games are not developed in HTML just because they are in 2D. Games like 2048 use engines like Unity and the program code of these games is written in c++ or js. Using HTML to program games may be interesting for you as a private hobby, but most companies use, as I said, engines like Unreal Engine or Unity who are written mostly in c++.
